Deanna J. Yenser, 71, of Northampton, died Nov. 27, 2013, in her home.

Born in Hokendauqua, she was a daughter of the late Charles R. and Maude M. (Arey) Smith.

She was retired from Macy's where she worked for more than 20 years.

She is survived by a son, Walter E. Jr. and his wife Debbie of Allentown; a daughter, Melody and her companion Dale Gower of Bangor; two grandchildren, Andrew and Amanda Miller; a great-grand daughter, Haley Miller; two sisters, Joy and her husband Peter Rennig of Coplay and Jane and her husband Dennis Reppert of Whitehall; three brothers, Charles and his wife Sharon Smith of Whitehall, Dennis and his wife Diane Smith of Northampton, and Donald Smith of Catasauqua; nieces; and nephews.

Contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
