Hollifield Barnes, 61, of Bethlehem, died on Nov. 28, 2013. Born in Sandersville, Ga., he was a son of the late Hollifield and Susie (Gonder) Barnes. He was the husband of Elba (Martinez) Barnes.He was a former steel worker. He was a certified nursing aide.

He was a brother of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Hope Barnes and Suleima and Jenny Rodriguez; and six sons, Donald Solomon, Anthony Barnes, Eric Washington and William, Jose and Nyjah Rodriguez.
