Donald L. Greenawald, 88, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 26, 2013, in Westminster Village. Born in Greenawalds, he was a son of the late Charles C. and Effie (Wagner) Greenawald. He was the husband of Margaret Rose (Nemeth) Greenawald for 58 years.

He was a World War II veteran and was in the U.S. Coast Guard.

He was an engineer at the Homer Research Laboratories of the Bethlehem Steel Company for many years before retiring.

He was a member of College Hill Moravian Church, where he was an usher and played on the dart baseball team.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, David of Bethlehem and Robert and his wife Lynn of Easton; a sister, Janet Yonker of Milford, Del.; and five grandchildren, Jason, Jamie, Keri, Kayla and Dana.
