Benjamin Paul Hadley, 29, of North Catasauqua, died Nov. 23, 2013, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. He was the fiance of Samantha L. DeBlanco.
Born in Hillsboro, he was a son of G. David Hadley and his wife Cindy and Janis Lyn Brickey and her fiance Tom Hurst.
He was a graduate of Forest Grove (Ore.) High School. He completed his associate degree in nursing at Lehigh Community College.
He was employed by Bayada, Allentown, as a home health aide.
He was an artist, writer and musician and played a variety of instruments.
In addition to his parents and finacee, he is survived by a brother, Isaac Hadley; a stepsister, Tabitha Drago; a stepbrother, Tim Gehrig; an aunt, Judy and her husband Dick Kaphammer; four uncles, Randy and his wife Sandy Kerkman, Rick and his wife Diane Kerkman, John Hadley, and Paul and his wife Debbie Hadley; six cousins, Matthew Hadley, Rebecca and her husband Darin Miller, Francis Bomgardner, Timothy Kerkman, Sandra and her husband John Norkeveck and Melissa and her husband Barry Moon-suit; and the DeBlanco family.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
