Edwin R. Litzenberger Jr., 56, of Northampton, died Nov. 18, 2013, in his home. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Edwin R. Litzenberger Sr., who died in 2002, and Justine Mae (Vogel) Litzenberger, who died in 2012.

He was employed at Geo Specialty Chemicals of Allentown for many years.

He was a train enthusiast, having enjoyed model trains and photographing trains.

He was a past member of the Emmaus Fire Department and Rescue Squad.

He is survived by sisters, Kay E. Fritz and Janet E. Hangen and her companion, Glen Lauer; nephews, John Hangen, Michael and Derek Fritz; brother-in-law, Barry Fritz; aunt, Helen. He was predeceased by a sister, Diane.
