Kathryne Eckert Reuter, 92, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 7, 2013, in Westminster Village. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Bertha (Tombler) Eckert. She was the wife of the late Albert W. Reuter.
She was a 1943 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing.
She was in the U.S. Navy during World War II and later in the U. S. Naval Reserve.
She was a nurse at the Milton Hershey School for Boys for three years, then returned to Bethlehem where she was employed as Liberty High School Nurse for 33 years before retiring.
She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.
She is survived by cousins.
