Edward R. Albertson, 74, died Nov. 6, 2013, while in St. Luke's Hospice. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Edward and Teresa (Souver) Albertson. He was the husband of C. Patricia (Wright) Albertson for 53 years.

He was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School, Moravian College and Rutgers University Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

He was a retired federal bank examiner.

He was a parishioner at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and was active in the church's Eucharistic Ministry.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Edward and his wife Cathy, Thomas and his wife Sherry and Daniel and his wife Terri; a sister, Dorothy and her husband George Mesaros; a brother, Dennis and his wife Jan; seven grandchildren, Erin, Carly, Eddy, Tommy, Claire, Jillian and Daniel; and 11 nieces and nephews.

Contributions may be made to the church, 3219 Santee Road, Bethlehem PA.
