The Lehigh County Conference of Churches event includes morning keynote speaker, Hakim Ali, Public Relations-Outreach Coordinator, Reconstruction Inc., Philadelphia, and an afternoon workshop, "Burning Bridges: Restorative Justice in Action," led by John Bailie, Ph.D., director, Continuing Education, International Institute for Restorative Practices.
