Howard C. Ferguson, 84, of Wescos-ville, died Oct. 20, 2013, in his home. He was the husband of the late Mildred H. "Terry" (Henninger) Ferguson. Born in Jackson, Miss., he was a son of the late Howard C. and Cynthia C. (Craven) Ferguson.
He was a computer programmer for Caloric, Topton, for 26 years, retiring in 1991.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. He served on the USS Cabot CVL28. He was a member of the Cabot Association.
He enjoyed fishing and golfing.
He is survived by a son, Howard C. and his wife Ligia B., of Quakertown; nephew, Michael, of Auburn, Wash.; his wife's sister-in-law, Hilde Henninger, of Mahopac, N.Y.; nieces, Stephanie Morse, of Middletown, N.Y., Lori Griffin, of Houston, Texas, Terry Vasquez, of Mahopac, N.Y.; great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica and Cody Morse, William, Georgi and Robert Griffin, Dakota and Cheyenne Vasquez. He was predeceased by a brother, James C. and a sister, Carolyn; brothers-in-law, George C. and Robert Henninger.
Arrangements were made by the Stephens Funeral Home Inc., Allentown.
