Anne E. Rossanese, 93, formerly of Emmaus, died Nov. 2, 2013, in the Village at Willow Lane, Macungie. She was the wife of the late Andrew L. Rossanese. In her 80s, she found companionship with the late Amos Rosamilia. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Martha (Moravcik) Kerak.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Emmaus.
She was employed as a sewing machine operator at various factories until her retirement.
She enjoyed working outside in her yard, gardening up until age 92.
She volunteered at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, playing cards and solving puzzles and word searches. Her greatest joys were traveling, especially to visit relatives in Slovakia and spending time with her family.
She is survived by a daughter Andrea and her husband James Apgar, of Emmaus, daughter-in-law Judy, of Allentown; grandsons Brett, of Allentown and Skip, of Northampton; granddaughters Lauren and Jamie Apgar, of Emmaus; brother Paul Kerak, of Allentown; four great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Bruce and four brothers and three sisters.

Services will be 10 a.m. Nov. 7 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A viewing will be 9 to 11 a.m. Nov. 7.
