The title of the Catasauqua Garden Club's Nov. 6 program is "Holiday Inspiration."

Master gardener Donna Baylor will share many holiday hints and design tips for this festive time of the year.

The meeting will take place at 1 p.m. at the Slovak Center Social Club, 1233 Fifth St., North Catasauqua.

Be sure to have your treasures in place for judging by 12:45 p.m.

Garden friendly visitors are welcome as the club begins the 2013 holiday season.

Salem United Church of Christ, 615 Third St., will hold a fall craft fair 9 a.m.-1 p.m Saturday, Nov. 9.

There will be lots of crafts, a bake sale, silent auction and food. Also available will be jellies and pickled beets.

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, Fourth and Pine streets, will host the last six weeks of Qigong Level II 5:30-6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, through Monday, Dec. 9.

Only three days remain until the Catasauqua American Legion, 330 Second St., holds its purse bingo, featuring Coach and Vera Bradley.

The bingo benefits the Catasauqua and North Catasauqua J4 celebration.

Doors open at noon and bingo starts at 1 p.m.
