Ruth Ormsbee, 85, of Hanover Township, died Oct. 9, 2013, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg. Born in Keyport, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Valda and Della (Lambertson) Dolson. She was the wife of the late Robert P. Ormsbee Sr.

She was a clerk for Prudential Insurance for more than 30 years, retiring in 1989.

She is survived by two sons Robert P. Jr. and Paul H. and his wife Lynne; a sister, Mildred Cherry; three grandchildren, Kevin, Jennifer and Patrick Ormsbee;and two great-grandchildren, Zachary and Jaston.

She was predeceased by a sister, Helen Pote.

Arrangements were made by Long Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
