Michael T. Bedics Sr., 82, of Bethlehem, died Oct. 7, 2013, at Gracedale. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Michael F. and Frances (Anderko) Bedics. He was the husband of Carolyn (Smith) Bedics for 45 years.

He was a graduate of Moravian College.

He was an estimator for both Bethlehem Steel and the Bensing Company.

He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Michael Jr. and his wife Denise of Salisbury Township; two daughters, Mary Beth of Bethlehem and Kathleen and her husband Robert Colton Jr. of Neb; a sister, Margaret Leunis of Connecticut; and five grandchildren, Trey, Meghan and Drew Colton, and Kelsey and Jenna Bedics.

He was predeceased by four brothers, Bela, Frank, John and Stephen; and three sisters, Helen Rowe, Anne Mangum and Frances Cassidy.
