Julia R. Pammer, of Fountain Hill, died Oct. 9, 2013, in St. Luke's Hospital. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late John and Julia (Nickles) Mulzet.

She was a member of St. Ursula's Catholic Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Carol Guzy of Arlington, Va., and Joan and her husband Tom Kozauer of Bethlehem.
