The Junior League of the Lehigh Valley's Kid's in the Kitchen Committee present Fall Food & Fitness Fest, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Oct. 26, Lees Hall, Cedar Crest College, 100 College Drive, Allentown.

There will be cooking activities, fitness games, healthy snack sampling, yoga, soccer ball kicking and Lady Heat AAU Basketball Organization information. Goody bags will be given to the first 200 families.
