Parkland Library town hall meeting, 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., North Whitehall Township Building, 3256 Levans Road, Coplay. President of the Library Board of Directors and PAC President Karl Siebert and Library Vice President Barry Cohen will give presentation on the new library.

Lehigh County Commissioners, 7:30 p.m. in the public hearing room of the Government Center, 17 S. 7th St., Allentown.

South Whitehall Township Zoners, 7:30 p.m. to hear the appeal of Isidoro Goncalves to construct a 1,200-square foot detached garage at 2674 Route 309.
