Anne Marie (Fenton) Carter Carbonneau, 76, died Oct. 6, 2013. She was the wife of Timothy Carbonneau of Whitehall for 29 years.

Born in Szeged, Hungary, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Ann (Bereny) Fenton.

She worked for the Internal Revenue Service until retiring.

She volunteered for the MDA and for local elections.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, James and his wife Delia Carter of Maryland and Robert and his wife Donna Carter of Catasauqua; two daughters, Karen Carter of Whitehall and Margaret "Peg" Weber of Northampton; a brother, Charles Fenton of Oakland, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and friends, students and families of St. John the Baptist School, Stiles.
