Gov. Wolf Historical Society, 6600 Jacksonville Road, Bath, will be hosting guest speaker Steve Hilberg, who will present a display and talk on early types of lighting, from colonial times to the invention of the electric light bulb 7 p.m. Oct. 8 in the Monocacy School on the society campus.

Members and guests are encouraged to bring any unique or unusual types of lighting from their collections.
