Stewart "Stu" W. Hahn Jr., 85, of Catasauqua, died Sept. 8, 2013, in Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Allentown. He was the husband of the late Elaine (Nagle) Hahn.

Born in Schnecksville, he was a son of the late Stewart Wilson Hahn Sr. and Anna (Spitko) Hahn.

He was a World War II Army veteran, serving in Japan as a paratrooper during the occupation period following the war.

He was a member of the former Grace United Methodist Church, Catasauqua.

He supported and followed all the Catasauqua sports teams. He was a member of the Catasauqua American Legion Post 215.

He is survived by a son, Ronald and his wife Beth Hahn of Harleysville; a daughter, Sandra and her husband James Becker of Coplay; a sister, Doris Hrizuk of Hokendauqua; three grandchildren, Shane and his wife Amanda Becker, James Becker and Katie Hahn; and four great-grandchildren; Mason and Colton Becker and Angelina and Savannah Becker.

He was predeceased by a brother Samuel; and a sister, Edna.

A calling hour will be held from 9 to 10 a.m., followed by a service at 10 a.m., both Sept. 28 at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 105 E. 19th St., Northampton
