John P. Pramik, 99, of Macungie, formerly of Allentown, died Aug. 21, 2013, at Lehigh Center. He was the husband of the late Mildred (Reinert) and the late Perma (Lambert) Pramik. Born in Fullerton, he was the son of the late Matthew and Rose (Biss) Pramik.
He served his country honorably with the U.S. Navy during World War II in the South Pacific.
He was a member of the Fullerton American Legion.
He worked at the former L.F. Grammes Lehigh Valley Transit for 10 years, driving the trolley and bus for 29 years before retiring. After retiring, he became known as "Mister Fix It" by his neighbors.
He is survived by a son, Matthew and his wife, Linda, of Emmaus; two grandchildren; sisters, Margaret McQue and Rose Tauber; brother, William.
Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by the Cantelmi Funeral Home, Fountain Hill.
