Kathryn L. (Haas) Heiser, 85, of Whitehall, died Aug. 2, 2013, at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of Forrest E. Heiser for 63 years.

Born in Fogelsville, she was a daughter of the late John and Erma (Fritizinger) Haas.

She was a graduate of Allentown High School and the former Allentown Hospital School of Nursing.

She was a registered nurse in the Lehigh Valley for 35 years.

She was a member of Fellowship Community Bible Fellowship Church, Whitehall.

She was a life member of the Allentown Hospital School of Nursing alumni association.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Roger D. and his wife Deborah of Mannheim; a daughter, Brenda E. and her husband Richard Geiger of Hummelstown; four grandchildren, Elizabeth and her husband Eric Velkly, Matthew and his wife Joanna Heiser, Christina and her husband Christopher Saikus, and Timothy and his wife Jessica Geiger; and three great-grandchildren, Conner and Tyler Velky and Joshua Heiser.
