Joan McDermott Hudson, 79, died at Phoebe Home, Allentown, after a 16 year battle with Alzheimer's disease.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. . Aug. 3, 2013, at St. Ann Catholic Church, 415 S. 6th St., Emmaus.

Memorial donations may be sent to the Emmaus Public Library, 11 East Main St., Emmaus, 18049 or to the Alzheimer's Association, Lehigh Valley Branch, 617 A Main St., Hellertown, 18055.
