Vincenteen (Vinnie) L. Schaffer, 74, of Willow Green, Allen Township, and formerly of Whitehall Township and North Catasauqua, died June 20, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. She was the wife of Robert (Bob) B. Schaffer for 55 years.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Louis P. and Helen (Stehnack) Carfara.

She was a Catasauqua High School graduate. She attended Penn State computer classes.

She was an administrative assistant at Mack Trucks Inc. in the engineering department for 26 years.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church.

She was a member of the Golden Agers and the Breakfast Club at St. Elizabeth's and of the Altar and Rosary Society at St. Lawrence the Martyr Church, N. Catasauqua.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, James R. and his wife Lynne of Nazareth; a granddaughter, Rachael K. Schaffer; a sister, Mary Carfara of Allentown; and a brother Pat Carfara of Catasauqua.

She was predeceased by a son, Robert V. Schaffer.
