Mabel M. Hauke, 82, of Coplay, died July 7, 2013 in Whitehall Manor. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Hauke Sr. for 54 years.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas T. and Rose (Lucci) Argeson.

She was the secretary of Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, Coplay, for five decades. She assisted her parents and siblings in the operation of Argeson Florist, Allentown.

She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay and its Altar and Rosary Society.

For many years, she was a member of the Catholic War Veterans Ladies Auxiliary, Northampton.

She is survived by her son, Robert A. Jr. and his wife Agnes of Coplay; a daughter, Connie M. Davis of Bethlehem; a granddaughter, Kristin M.; a grandson, Robert III; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

She was predeceased by a son-in-law, David E. Davis; a sister, Catherine Peitro; and a brother, Theodore Argeson.
