Fire alarm set off
Coplay Police Saturday afternoon responded to a report of a fire alarm sounding at a residence in the 200 block of South Second Street.
A resident told police he was cooking and the alarm went off, police said.
The Coplay Fire Department responded to and handled the situation accordingly.
Vehicle tire
punctured
A resident of Laurys Station informed police Friday a rear tire on his 1999 Mercury Sable sedan was punctured.
At the time, the vehicle had been parked outside of the Log Cabin Tavern, Second and Hall streets, police said.
Police are investigating the incident.
Automobiles
damaged
Two residents of the 200 block of South Front Street told borough police their vehicles were damaged July 4.
Both sides of their vehicles were scratched, as were the roofs and hoods of the vehicles, police said. The vehicles had been parked in the back driveway of the residence.
