Thomas Michael Costello, 39, of Macungie, died July 1, 2013, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. Born in South Bend, Indiana, he was the son of the late John Francis and Mary Lou (Fitzgerald) Costello.

He was a graduate of Emmaus High School and attended the University of Dayton.

He is survived by a daughter, Victoria Bruckler; brother, John; sister, Maureen.
