Richard H. Stauffenberg, 79, of Bethlehem, died June 12, 2013, in his home. He was the husband of Jean (Ernwood) Stauffenberg for 59 years.

Born in Mahanoy City, he was a son of the late John H. and Helen (Pietruszewski) Stauffenberg.

He was an U.S. Army veteran.

He was employed in the engineering office of PennDOT, Allentown, before retiring.

He was a member of St. Thomas U.C.C. Church, Bethlehem.

He was a member of the Mora Club. He was a life member of the Heights A.A.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Robert J. of Durham, N.C.

He was predeceased by a brother, Gerald P.
