Madelyn G. Evrard, 99, most recently of Cedarbrook, died June 13, 2013, in Allentown. She was the wife of the late William J. Evrard, with whom she founded and owned Homespun Weavers, Emmaus, for 15 years before retiring in 1978. Born in North Bergen, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Herman G. and Anna (Koehler) Ganz.

President of her class, she was a 1936 graduate of Cedar Crest College. She was active in alumni affairs for many years and served as secretary, class agent and reunion chairman.

She was on the March of Dimes board of directors for the local chapter and member of Saint Timothy's Lutheran Church, Allentown.

She is survived by a son, John G. and his wife, Allison, of Coopersburg; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sons, William D. in 1950 and Joseph G. in 2008.
