Glenn A. Brittenburg, tire service co-owner

Glenn A. Brittenburg, 63, of Bethlehem, died June 6, 2013, at the Lehigh Valley Hospital- Hospice, Allentown. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late George X. and Fawn (Krause) Brittenburg. He was the husband of Gail M. Brittenburg.

He was a 1967 graduate of Liberty High School.

He was co-owner of three locations of Britt's Tire Service in Bethlehem, Hellertown and Emmaus until retiring in 2013.

He was a member of St. Stephen's Evangelical Lutheran Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Stacy F. and her husband Mark Strayer of Granby, Colo., Pamela A. Brittenburg-Andersen and her husband Jens Andersen and their children Malia and Jordan of Arcata, Calif., and Sarah A. and her husband Mark Bacastow and their children Clay and Ashley of Downingtown; and two brothers, George X. and his wife Elizabeth Brittenburg of Slatington and Gregory S. and his wife Mary Brittenburg of Zionsville.
