James N. Woodeshick, 63, died June 4, 2013. He was the husband of Sharon Ann (Wagner) Woodeshick. He was the son of the late Henry and Shirley (Walker) Woodeshick.
He was a 1967 graduate of Emmaus High School. He joined with Local Plumbers Union 690 where he worked in construction as a foreman until his retirement.
He was a consistent attendee of the Emmaus Borough Council meetings and served as president of the Planning Commission.
He loved to ride his bicycle around town and meet with his neighbors.
His greatest love outside of God and his family was the Boy Scouts where he served as Webelo Leader and Scoutmaster for Cub Pack 25 at St. John's UCC, Emmaus and eventually moved up to Boy Scout Troop 25. He also served with choirs throughout his life singing in the high school and local church choirs.
He is survived by his wife; children, James, Janet Kubelka, Sheri Kling and Phillip; brother, Mark; four grandchildren. He was predeceased by brothers, Robert and Karl.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 22 at St. John's UCC, Emmaus. A calling hour will be held 10 to 11 a.m. in the church. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Emmaus.
