The fourth annual Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival is May 31 - June 2, Sands Bethlehem Event Center, Bethlehem.

More than 20 Lehigh Valley restaurants are expected to participate.

Cooking demonstrations with Chefs Emeril Lagasse, Chris Wilson, Culinary Director for Emeril's New Orleans Restaurants and Brett Wertz, Executive Chef for Nemacolin Woodlands Resort are available.

New to the festival this year is The Burger and Beer Bash, May 31, with entertainment by The Amish Outlaws.
