·Cancer Support Community Greater Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem is looking for someone who loves to walk and would like to lead the weekly walking club. Must be able to lead a team of walkers on a 2.5 mile, hour-long walk through the neighborhood around the main house.

·Community Services for Children Inc., Allentown is seeking a fun, energetic, professional person to greet and direct guests and parents come to the Donley Infant Toddler Family Center. Volunteer will answer the phone, make sure all guests and visitors sign in and complete small office tasks when available. Days and hours needed are 9 a.m.-noon Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Child abuse and criminal background clearances are required.

·Phoebe Ministries, Allentown needs a volunteer pianist or organist to play for a worship service once per month 2-3:15 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Must attend a volunteer orientation.

·Literacy Center, Allentown needs volunteers to help non-English speakers learn and improve English language skills. Volunteers are needed to assist in English as a second language classes or to work one-on-one or in small groups with students. Volunteers who work directly with students should have a bachelor's degree or be pursuing one. Commitment of three hours per week for six months is required for most volunteer positions. Initial and on-going training provided.

·Second Harvest Food Bank, Allentown needs volunteer teams to help with hunger study. Approximately 10 teams are needed through Aug. 31. Each team will consist of one lead volunteer and at least two support volunteers. Volunteers must attend training specific to this study. They will work around your schedule of availability.

·Salvation Army Children's Services, Allentown has a fun volunteer opportunity at Coca-Cola Park from 7:30-10:30 a.m. on May 11. Volunteers over age 14 and talents are needed for their second annual Rock N' Run 4 Kids 5K and Kid's Fun Run to support foster care services provided to children and youth. Training will be provided on the day of event.

·Episcopal House, Allentown is looking for a group of volunteers for a landscaping project in an outside area that would be inviting for the residents, enhance the building's exterior and be low maintenance. There should be a sitting area, perennial garden and general landscaping. Some landscape and planting experience would be helpful.
