Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.
APRIL 29
· Officers responded to a report of a portable toilet set on fire and burnt to the ground on the north side of the baseball field on Canal Street.
· A report of a charred bag containing dog feces left on a porch brought police to the 2200 block of Siegfried Avenue.
· Officers were called to the St. Luke's Rehabilitation Center parking lot, 1894 Center St., to investigate a report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash.
APRIL 30
· The Northampton Police Department K9 unit participated in a drug sweep of Northampton Area High School, 1619 Laubach Ave.
· A report of a domestic dispute between a man and woman brought officers to the 100 block of West 17th Street.
· Police responded to a report of road rage on Airport Road.
MAY 1
· A report that the front passenger side window of a vehicle had been smashed brought officers to the 1300 block of Canal Street.
· Police responded to a report of a vehicle entered by an unknown person in the 1800 block of Canal Street.
