The Porter-Chapman Lodge 637 will host a ham dinner Saturday, May 11, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
The fundraising meal will include mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and applesauce, with cake or pie for dessert. Takeout meals are also being offered.
The temple is located at 1103 Sixth St., North Catasauqua.

Don't forget, when school ends in June, free beginner tennis lessons will again be given at the Fuller Courts at the Catasauqua playground.
Lessons are for area boys and girls age 6 and up. If any parents wish to take the lessons, they are also invited to do so. Sneakers are required.

Mark your calendar for some upcoming summer events in the boroough.
The North Catasauqua Recreation Committee has announced its free summer concert series.
On June 7, Wicked Beaver will perform at the borough park pavilion beginning at 7 p.m.
Craig Fritchey and Friends will entertain 6-9 p.m. June 21.
And the Emil Schanta Polka Band is scheduled for 6:30-9 p.m. June 28.

The recreation committee and the borough are sponsoring the annual Summer Youth Program at the park weekdays, June 17-Aug. 9.
The program includes a morning craft session, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., and afternoon wiffleball games from 1 to 4 p.m.
