Dallas Ann Gestl, 71, of Salisbury Township, died May 4, 2013, in St. Luke's Hospital. She was the wife of Ernest E. Gestl. They celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary last June 6. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Delbert H. and Eva C. (Stoudt) Wimmer.

She was employed as a librarian at the Bethlehem Area Public Library before retiring after 19 years of service.

A 1960 graduate of Liberty High School, she scored 25 years of National Rifle Championships and five years of Olympic Trials. She was a life member of the North End Rod and Gun Club where she ran rifle matches.

She is survived by her husband; sons, Eric in South Carolina and Erin and his wife Shelly of Palmyra; daughter, Eve in Virginia; brother, Delbert and his wife Eileen of Nazareth; grandchildren, Alyssa, Alex, Charles and Allyson.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by the Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
