Bruce A. Moyer, 88, of Coopersburg, died May 4, 2013. He was the husband of Audrey Mae (Frankenfield) Moyer. They were married for 65 years this past Aug. 30. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late LeRoy C. and Hilda (Bramich) Moyer.
He was a graduate of Emmaus High School, class of 1942.
He had been the owner and operator of Arlington Auto Body in Emmaus, worked as an account executive for Xerox and built and owned Moyer's Lake in Coopersburg.
He enjoyed traveling, sailing, working and spending time with his family.
He had served as president for the Jaycee's in Emmaus and Coopersburg as well as the Lions Club in Coopersburg. He served on the Southern Lehigh School Board and was a member of the TPA, and the Morning Star Moravian Church, Coopersburg.
He is survived by his wife; daughter, Sally Ann and her husband Peter Sinclair, of Coopersburg; sons, Barry of Arkansas, Roger and his wife, Kathleen, of Coopersburg, Chris and Kaoru of Michigan, and Randy and his wife Julie of Emmaus; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the church.
A viewing will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, May 9 until the service at 11:30 a.m., both at the Norcross-Weber Funeral Home, 101 B. North Main St., Coopersburg.
