The Allentown Northeast Kiwanis Club is hosting a Flapjack Fundraiser at the Applebee's Family Restaurant on Saturday, May 11. The restaurant is located just off Catasauqua Road, near Airport Road.

The public is invited to come for a pancake breakfast at the restaurant from 8 to 10 a.m.

While the restaurant is not generally open for breakfast, it does offer nonprofit and civic organizations an opportunity to have pancake breakfast fundraisers at its location.

All funds raised at this breakfast will go toward supporting the Kiwanis Club's programs and services for children in the community.

The civic club meets weekly for a Wednesday luncheon meeting at the Denny's restaurant off Airport Road.
