WLVT-PBS39 taps Fallon, two others

The WLVT-PBS39 Board of Directors announced three key staffing changes-additions at its April 15 meeting.

Tim Fallon, who has served as interim CEO since March 2012, has been named the President and Chief Operating Officer.

Katherine Davis Santoro, most recently serving as Director of Leadership Gifts at Cedar Crest College, joins the staff as the Vice President of Development.

Daniel Devine, former analyst relations director at LSI Corp., is the new Vice President of Community Relations.

"This is an exciting time for PBS39 as we focus on the strategic direction of the station," said Jamie Musselman, PBS39 Board Chair. "We have great ambitions for this organization and for the people we've put into place to lead it."

Fallon was Project Director for PBS39 at SteelStacks.

Fallon was responsible for the financing, construction and philanthropic support for this legacy-creating endeavor. Previously, Fallon had been a Board member (and former Chair) of PBS39, from 1996 to 2009.

Fallon is a founding director of Team Capital Bank (Pennsylvania and New Jersey); a founding director of Revere Bank of Laurel, Md; CEO of Wine Gadgets, LLC; Managing Member of the Conserere Family of Funds; and a member of the Executive Committee of the Minsi Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America.

Previously, Fallon was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Holiday Hair, a family-owned chain of 200 hair salons.

Fallon received a BA in Political Science and a Masters of Administrative Science from Johns Hopkins University. He lives in Center Valley with his wife, Lesley, while their daughter, Michaela, attends Duke University.

In addition to her work at Cedar Crest College, Santoro has served in marketing and fundraising roles at Rodale Institute, American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity.

She initiated and authored a monthly philanthropy column for the Eastern Pa Business Journal, which earned her a 2002 national fellowship from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.

She received a BA in English and resides in Bethlehem with her husband, Richard, and two sons.

Devine has held various positions at AT&T and its spinoff companies where he led numerous successful product lines and also held roles in public and analyst relations. He also holds a patent in USB technology.

Devine received a BS and MBA in International Business from Clarion University. He is married with three children and lives in Schnecksville.
