Paulette L. Herman, 65, of Northampton, died April 6, 2013, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the wife of Eugene G. Herman for 47 years.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Althea (Troxell) Derr.

She was a sales clerk at Walmart, Whitehall, until she retired in 2009. She was a sorter at both Brown Printing, Greenville and Binney and Smith, Bethlehem. She worked in housekeeping at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was a seamstress for the former Cross Country Clothes, Northampton, for 18 years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Veronica and her husband Michael Wesnak of Schnecksville; a son, Christopher and his wife Deborah of Allentown; two sisters, Patricia Webster and Sandra Smith, both of Allentown; three brothers, Roger Derr of Whitehall, Robert Derr of Northampton and Charles Derr; a nephew, Kevin Webster of Slatington; and five grandchildren.
