Mary A. Meyers, 88, of Slatington, died March 16, 2013, at home. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Meyers.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Katharina (Mathis) Marth.

She worked for the former Modern Slacks, Northampton and Allentown, for many years.

She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Walnutport.

She is survived by two sons, Ronald and his wife Judith A. of Coplay and Joseph and his wife Cindy of Slatington; a daughter, Diane and her husband Philip Long of Palmerton; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Lerch of Coplay and Pauline Guttman of Northampton; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by seven sisters; eight brothers; and a grandson, Ronald Meyers Jr.
