Michael P. Vitushinsky, 58, of Coplay, died March 1, 2013, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, after being stricken at home. He was the husband of Juanita M. Sivak-Vitushinsky for 12 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late John Sr. and Stella (Gulka) Vitushinsky.

He was a 1974 graduate of Northampton Area High School.

He worked in the polishing department of Agere Systems, Allentown, for 25 years, retiring in 2003.

He attended Assumption of Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Northampton.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Christian J. and his wife Stacy Sivak of McKinney, Texas; two grandchildren, Tyler J. and Alexandra M.; a brother, John Jr. and his wife Linda of Northampton; two nephews, Nicholas and his wife Danielle and Matthew and his wife Jill; great-nieces; and great-nephews.
