If you are anxious to see and smell beautiful spring flowers, plan on attending the 2013 Valley Flower, Garden, and Pool Show at Agricultural Hall at the Allentown Fairgrounds, 17th and Chew streets.

The show is scheduled to take place Friday, March 8, through Sunday, March 10.

This is a nice opportunity to get great landscaping ideas for this spring and summer. The scent of the flowers will also help get you through the winter weeks.

Also, if you feel like taking a road trip, the Philadelphia Flower Show will be at the Pennsylvania Convention Center from March 2-10. This is another great opportunity to take in some spring sights and scents.
