William H. Globosits Sr., 79, of Hokendau-qua, died Jan. 26, 2013, in Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband of the late Janice A. (Oakes) Globosits.

Born in Limeport, he was a son of the late Louis and Theresa (Yost) Globosits.

He was a corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He retired after 43 years as an inspector for UGI, Bethlehem.

He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay.

He is survived by a son, William H. Jr. and his wife Cindy of Whitehall; two daughters, Donna M. and her husband Paul Brem of Coplay and Debra A. and her husband Tony Posukonis of Northampton; five grandchildren, Zachary and Angela Brem, and Kaitlyn, Zyan, and Matthew Globosits; a brother, Louis of Limeport; and three sisters, Anna Simon of Allentown, Margaret Bender of Reading and Theresa Weiss of Coopersburg.

He was predeceased by a sister, Marie Terr.
