Marie H. Charvala, 92, of Northampton and formerly of Catasauqua, died Jan. 24, 2013, in Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown. She was the wife of the late John V. Charvala.

Born in West Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Florence (Schrader) Dobler.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Catasauqua.

She is survived by a daughter, Pamela and her husband Stephen Roberts, with whom she resided.

She was predeceased by brothers and sisters.
