Frances Spitko, formerly of Northampton, died Jan. 25, 2013, in Whitehall Manor. She was the wife of the late Merritt Danner and of the late Kenneth Spitko.

Born in Moore Township, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Lagler) Faustner.

She worked at Newhart's Foods, Coplay, for 15 years. She retired from Tama Manufacturing in 1982 after many years of service.

She was a member of Emmauel Evangelical Lutheran Church.

She was a member of the Northampton senior citizens.

She is survived by two daughters-in-law, Rita Gamberling of Gilbertsville and Margaret Bickert of Bath; and two grandsons, Matthew and Ryan Danner; both of Boyertown.

She was predeceased by a son, Michael Danner; and a daughter, Carol Danner.
