Ronald J. Wuchter, 67, of Slatington, died Jan. 7, 2013.

Born in Sebring, Fla., he was a son of the late Donald and Mae (Zellner) Wuchter.

He was a 1963 Slatington High School graduate and a 1965 Churchmen's Business School, Allentown, graduate.

He was in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War era.

He was a postman in Northampton for many years until he retired in 2008.

He is survived by a sister, Carol L. and her husband James J. Jones Sr. of Neffs; an uncle, Jerry Wuchter of Northampton; two nieces, Stephanie and her husband Trevin Berger and Amy and her husband Bart Barthol; a nephew, James J. Jr. and his wife Angela Jones; and nine great-nieces and nephews.
