The Dec. 27, 2012, end-of-year meeting of Lynn Township supervisors began with an executive session to discuss personnel.

Supervisors named Frey and Company, Walnutport, to serve as auditor.

The board will verify if the contract includes an audit of the sewer authority account, which will cover only the period before the system was taken over by the Lehigh County Authority.

The Sanctuary at Haafsville, Upper Macungie, was given the contract for animal control. Costs will be capped at $650 for the year.

Supervisors said they have heard good things about the Sanctuary.

The reorganization meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Jan. 7.
