Stephen Choy, 85, of Coplay, died Dec. 18, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospice House, Bethlehem. He was the husband of the late Evelyn M. (Kuhns) Choy.

Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Theodore and Anna (Pontician) Choy.

He was a foreman for the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

He was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

He was a lifetime member of the American Club, Coplay.

He is survived by a son, Peter Choy; three grandchildren, Natalie and her husband Matthew Dietrich and Alyssa and Lewis Fendrick; and four great-grandchildren.
