John F. Kruczek. 74, of Whitehall, died Dec. 14, 2012, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township.

Born in Shenandoah, he was a son of the late John and Mary (Micholick) Kruczek.

He was in the U.S. Army.

He worked in the maintenance department of the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation for 30 years until retiring in 1995.

He is survived by a son, John P. and his wife Denise of Schnecksville; four siblings, Judy Ross and Gerald Rudzinski of Shenandoah; Edward Rudzinski of Frackville and Paul Rudzinski of Maryland; and a granddaughter, Shannon V. Kruczek.
