Dorothy Mae (Dunstan) Peters, 85, of Allentown, died Dec. 15, 2012, at Sacred Heart Hospital after suffering a stroke on Dec. 11, 2012. She was the wife of the late Quintus E. Peters.

Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Myrtle (Dettera) Dunstan.

She was employed by former C.M. Smith Textile Company, Allentown, as a board setter and quiller for 43 years before retiring in 1985.

She was of the Protestant faith.

She was a volunteer singer with the Salvation Army.

She is survived by two sons, Lonnie D. and his wife Esther, and Wayne Erin Peters, both of Allentown; a brother, James and his wife Bert Dunstan of Manheim; a grandson, Julius C. Toth of Allentown; and a second cousin, Jason Jackson of Macungie.

She was predeceased by a brother, Paul Dunstan.
